The annual General Meeting of ACTO approved 2023 Report on Activities and the Board members for 2024

On December 6, 2023, the annual General Meeting of ACTO was held.

The event started with a guided tour of the Petrovsky Palace, a sample of Russian neo-Gothic architecture, where the representatives of ACTO member companies (pharmaceutical companies and CROs) met.

The General Meeting approved 2023 Report on Activities of ACTO and the size and procedure for paying membership fees for 2024.

The election of the Board members took place. There was only one change during 2023, Syuzanna Kiabiya from ICON took over from Leonid Dzivinsky, who left the company. There is updated list of the Board members elected for 2024:

• Maria Nassonova (Almedis),
• Peter Kosminsky (Janssen),
• Olga Melnik (Novartis),
• Anna Filimonova (Parexel),
• Marina Filippova (PSI),
• Svetlana Zavidova (Executive Director) – by virtue of her position.

In an informal setting, the meeting participants discussed topical issues.
