The annual General Meeting of ACTO was held

Representatives of member companies approved 2022 Annual Report of ACTO and the size and procedure for paying membership fees for 2023.

Then, the election of the members of the Board and the appointment of the Executive Director of the Association took place. Based on the results of the voting, the composition of the Board and the Executive Director of ACTO have not changed:

• Leonid Dzivinsky (PRA),
• Maria Nassonova (Almedis),
• Peter Kosminsky (Janssen),
• Olga Melnik (Novartis),
• Anna Filimonova (Parexel),
• Marina Filippova (PSI),
• Svetlana Zavidova (Executive Director) – by virtue of her position.

In an informal setting, the meeting participants discussed topical issues.
