Annual General Meeting of Association of Clinical Trials Organizations (ACTO) was held

The meeting participants approved 2017 Annual Report of ACTO.

Executive Director Svetlana Zavidova made a presentation on the annual results of ACTO.

The election of the Board members took place. Leonid Dzivinsky (PRA), Maria Nassonova (Almedis), Peter Kosminsky (Janssen), Natalia Savitskaya (Eli Lilly), Anna Filimonova (Parexel), Marina Filippova (PSI) and Svetlana Zavidova (by virtue of her position) were elected for 2018.

The presentation on the issue "The Pharmapolis of the Republic of Tatarstan" was made by the invited speaker Anatoly Krasheninnikov (member of the working group for implementing the project "The Pharmapolis of the Republic of Tatarstan", head of the department of innovative projects and programs of the Kazan State Medical University).

Other relevant industry issues were discussed.
