General Meeting of Association of Clinical Trials Organizations (ACTO) was held

The participants of the General Meeting discussed current versions of the Federal laws drafts “On Amending the Federal Law" On Circulation of Medicines" and "On Amending Article 333.32.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation" and their influence on the field of clinical trials in case of adoption.

Deputy head of the Department of Liability Insurance of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Dmitriy Shishkin gave a presentation about current practices and problems of insurance in clinical trials.

Also meeting participants discussed the possible impact of recent changes in the laws "On Personal Data" and Labor legislation on the field of clinical research.
